A beautiful crisp white packed with Southern French sunshine. Stone fruits, and apricots from Macabeu, with lots of freshness and dry vibes from Grenache Blanc & Grenache Gris. Easy drinking, round and ripe.
From 40 year old bush vines grown on schist. The grapes are whole bunch pressed then cold settled in tank. The wine is racked from its lees and then fermented before being racked again prior to settling and blending.
This wine is best served chilled and is ideal to drink on it’s own. It also drinks well with grilled pork, chicken, fish and is the perfect wine to impress and give an experience to friends bbq or summer dinners.
