Yes! For boxes, and selected other items, you can choose to subscribe every week, or every 2nd week. Subscriptions are completely optional.
You can amend or cancel your subscription at any time upto 6pm Sunday and it will take effect for the next delivery.

We reuse all empty boxes, so please leave these out before your next delivery and we will swap these over when we drop your fresh box off. We also reuse egg boxes, so please leave these out too!
No, if nobody is home when we deliver, we will leave the box somewhere, you can leave us instructions when you place your order.
Yes, there is a £2.75 delivery charge, this applies to all deliveries and covers the delivery cost to us. All orders are delivered eissions free, by our delivery partner Zedify South using their fleet of cargo bikes and electric vans.
If you place multiple orders, to the same address, our system will automatically waive any additional delivery fees – so you will only pay one delivery fee even if you place 2 or more orders.
No, we do not have a depot or office that is open to the public, orders cannot be collected.
All orders must be paid for, by credit or debit card, at the time of ordering. We cannot take cash payments.
Lucky you! Gift cards can be used to buy anything on our website (except more gift cards…). There are two different ways to use them. Method 1 is ideal if you want to use the whole Gift Card amount yourself, but might not want to use it all on one order. Method 2 might be easier if you’re spending it all in one go, while for larger amounts, it enables you to share it with other people by telling them the code.
Method 1: Convert to a credit on your account. If you click the link in the Gift Card email, or enter the code in My Account > Gift Cards, then the value will be assigned to a credit on your account. You can then choose to use your balance to pay for an order by ticking the box at checkout that says “Use £… from your Gift Card balance.”
If the order total is less than your current Gift Card balance, the difference will remain in your account for next time. You can always see your current balance in My Account > Gift Cards.
Method 2: Use the code at checkout. If you enter the code in the “Have a Gift Card?” box on the basket or checkout page, it will be applied immediately to your order. Any remaining balance will not be tied to your account, but remains with the code. You can share the code with friends and family, as long as everyone only enters it at checkout, not in My Account. Anyone who has the code can use the remaining balance.
Currently this site is only open for orders from Thursday Morning – Sunday Afternoon so products will show as out of stock, or unavailable, outside these times. If it’s Thursday and products are showing as out of stock, hold tight – we’ll be live soon!
All orders MUST be placed by 6pm Sundays, we will not be able to process any orders placed after this time.
No, currently we are only able to take orders for the coming week, please wait until the weekend before the week you would like the delivery.
Yes! If you would like to add anything to an order you’ve already placed, just place a second order and our system will automatically detect the original order and waive the delivery fee for any additional orders.
If you need to remove anything from an order you’ve placed, please pop an email over to us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Yes, you can place multiple orders, to different addresses.
Yes, when ordering boxes, or with regular subscriptions you can list items you’d like removed from the box. Feel free to suggest items you’d like used to replace these, but please remember, no swaps are guaranteed. Other fruit and veg items can be added to your order separately.
No, as we don’t force subscription our rounds vary each week. Due to this we can’t allocate specific delivery times, or guarantee the same time each week.
Occasionally we will have to swap something out of your box and substitute for something else, we will try to let you know, but we won’t always be able to. If you are definitely missing something, get in touch and we’ll get it out to you that week if possible, otherwise we’ll add it to your next order.
If you think your box hasn’t been delivered, please let us know and we’ll track it down straight away. Please wait until 6pm on the day of delivery before getting in touch.
If something isn’t quite right with your box, please let us know straight away. While we pride ourselves on picking and packing the freshest, tastiest fruits and vegetables there are always risks when dealing with fresh produce. If you’re not happy with anything we’ve delivered, get in touch; we’ll sort it and take steps to avoid it happening again!
Most of our egg boxes are reused, we collect egg boxes from homes across Southampton and pack fresh free range eggs from Romsey into them. All eggs will be large and free range, irrespective of the packaging.
