Isle of Wight Blue Cheese

Made by hand by the immensely talented Rich Hodgson on the Isle of Wight, this naturally rinded soft blue cheese is made with pasteurised Guernsey cows’ milk from the herd grazing around the Queen Bower Dairy, capturing the flavour of the Arreton Valley.  It is blue veined and sold at 4-5 weeks.

Refrigerate your Isle of Wight Blue after purchase (6 degrees if possible) and remove from the fridge an hour before eating to allow the cheese to reach room temperature. Only remove from the fridge what you think you will eat in one go, and put the remainder straight back in the fridge.
