German, triple cream semi soft cheese, pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians.
A super soft and creamy cheese from the Bavarian region of Germany. Triple cream is used in the cheese and paprika adds a touch of colour and hint of flavour. Its mild and buttery flavour lends this cheese being popular beyond the cheese board. Best paired with white or sparkling wine. Great with nuts and berries and also works well melted on a pizza, in sandwich or a refreshing salad.
This soft ripened cheese begins with high quality milk from local cows in the alpine region of Bavaria. Family owned and famed for producing wonderful soft ripened and blue cheeses which are popular all over the world.
