MONTAGNOLO AFFINE
A slightly sweet premium soft blue cheese with a natural grey rind. This is a triple crème soft cheese made in the Allgau region of Germany. Surface ripened and marbled with blue veins Montagnolo is aged at a low temperature, allowing the cheese to mature slowly and develop its aromatic and spicy flavour.

This is a wonderful blue to try for those who may not be the biggest blue fans – as it comes with a delicious saltiness that’s hard not to like.
