Rye Sourdough

A bold, dense loaf made with a blend of dark rye and wheat flour, slow-fermented with our sourdough starter. Rye gives it an earthy, slightly malty depth and a tighter crumb than our white loaves. It keeps exceptionally well and gets better over a couple of days. Superb with strong cheese or smoked fish.
