A wholesome, satisfying loaf made with wholemeal wheat flour and slowly fermented with our sourdough starter. Denser than our white loaf with a richer, nuttier flavour and a crumb that holds up well to spreads and toppings. Good honest bread that keeps well and gets better with a little toasting.
