Chamomile has been drunk as an infusion for centuries and is widely regarded as beneficial for improving sleep, soothing anxiety and generally relaxing the body. Chamomile Smile uses the whole flower and because it has not been crushed to make it fit into a tea bag, you will enjoy the beautiful full flavour of the flower.
