For our first ever lager brew we decided to go with the style that is closest to our hearts; Helles. A classic pilsner malt base provides a welcome level of sweetness that is paired lovingly with traditional Saaz hops and the subtle, fruity Hallertauer Blanc. Clean, floral, lemon and spice with light bitterness.

A Helles (Hell – es) style pale lager bier, originating from Munich in Southern Germany. A slightly sweeter than classic pils with a more rounded malt base, hopped with the classic nobel Saaz and the newer Hallertauer Blanc hops. Clean, floral, lemon and spice with light bitterness.
