What if there’s an issue with my delivery?

If something isn’t quite right with your box, please let us know straight away. While we pride ourselves on picking and packing the freshest, tastiest fruits and vegetables there are always risks when dealing with fresh produce. If you’re not happy with anything we’ve delivered, get in touch; we’ll sort it and take steps to avoid it happening again!

I think something is missing from my box…

Occasionally we will have to swap something out of your box and substitute for something else, we will try to let you know, but we won’t always be able to. If you are definitely missing something, get in touch and we’ll get it out to you that week if possible, otherwise we’ll add it to your next order.

Our checkout is currently closed. You can still look around but you won't be able to add things to your basket, or check out, until our next order period: 7am Thursday to 6pm Sunday. (Monday on Bank Holidays)
