Mix one part powder with one part water to create a paste. Flavour & pungency will develop after 3 – 5 mins and last 30 mins before reducing.
Store in a cool, dark place
Our wasabi grows in flowing water that emerges from natural springs on our Dorset and Hampshire farms. These conditions mimic the mountain springs of Japan where wild wasabi thrives. Freeze drying locks in the fabulous flavour and pungency of fresh wasabi. A classic with sushi, fantastic with fish and great with meat.
