Breakfast recipe – 1 cup milk or water to 1 / 3 cup of flakes per serving. Bring the liquid to a gentle boil, and add the flakes, stir gently until the mixture combines. Remove from the heat and cover, allow to stand for about 3 minutes or until the required thickness has been achieved. Serve with your favourite topping.
