Description

Red Split lentils are halved whole lentils with their outer skins removed. If you are a beginner to using lentils, these are a great place to start. Split red lentils cook in 15 minutes and taste nutty and potato-like. They are a great way to thicken soups and stews to make a substantial, protein rich meal. They also taste great in curries and dahls.
