Le Fin Normand Camembert


Although Camembert is made throughout the world, only cheese made using Marie Harel’s original process from 1971 can be legally called Camembert Normand cheese. Normandy is an area of north west France where cows graze on rich soil scattered with apple trees. Camembert has a earthy and nutty taste to it, but some claim to be able to taste hints of apple in it. Country of Origin – France.
