Hong Kong Dipping Sauce (MEDIUM) 220ml


By fermenting red chilllies and garlic in authentic Hong Kong soy sauce, we have created the most divine dipping sauce into which anything can be dipped. From Spring rolls to spareribs, or from tofu to Dorset tempura pollack balls!



Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As we use no preservatives, natural colour may change overtimes.


Chillies, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Garlic, Soy, Sea Salt, Szechuan Peppercorn, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.
