Young Dutch Gouda, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet.

A classic Dutch treat, this young farmhouse gouda is only aged for 2 months, keeping the body smooth and creamy, with just a hint of sweetness. Then the cumin seeds add warmth, depth and a slight earthiness.
Still handmade by the Vergeer Family, a once small family business that’s been making cheese since the 17th Century and have grown into one of the most respected cheese houses in the Netherlands.
