Chicken and Sausage Gumbo Pie


Our take on the traditional creole stew. Slow-cooked chicken thighs and smoked sausage in a dark, rich gravy.

All made with our homemade, hand-rolled shortcrust pastry.

Cooking Instructions: 180°c for 25 – 35 minutes or until piping hot.

Optionally, brush the top of your pie with milk or egg white before cooking for that perfect finish!
