No, as we don’t force subscription our rounds vary each week. Due to this we can’t allocate specific delivery times, or guarantee the same time each week.
Yes, when ordering boxes, or with regular subscriptions you can list items you’d like removed from the box. Feel free to suggest items you’d like used to replace these, but please remember, no swaps are guaranteed. Other fruit and veg items can be added to your order separately.
Yes, you can place multiple orders, to different addresses.
Yes! If you would like to add anything you an order you’ve already placed, just place a second order and our system will automatically detect the original order and waive the delivery fee for any additional orders. If you need to remove anything from an order you’ve placed, please pop an email over to us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
No, currently we are only able to take orders for the coming week, please wait until the weekend before the week you would like the delivery.
All orders MUST be placed by 6pm Sundays, we will not be able to process any orders placed after this time.
Currently this site is only open for orders from Thursday Morning – Sunday Afternoon so products will show as out of stock, or unavailable, outside these times. If it’s Thursday and products are showing as out of stock, hold tight – we’ll be live soon!
